Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using PreOnlyi, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to all users, including those on a free trial.

The service

PreOnlyi is a private journaling application. We provide tools to write, organise, and review your own entries. The service is operated by AlgoRen Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use PreOnlyi.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

Subscriptions and billing

• PreOnlyi is a paid service at $6.99/month after a 3-day free trial.
• A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You may cancel at any time from Settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Your content

• You own everything you write. We claim no intellectual property rights over your journal entries.
• By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content back to you. We do not share, sell, or use your entries for any other purpose.
• You may export your entries at any time via Settings → Export My Lore.
• Do not use PreOnlyi to store content that is illegal, abusive, or harmful to others.

Acceptable use
