PreOnlyi is a journaling tool for people who take their inner life seriously. We collect only what we need to run the service. We do not sell your data, send it to third-party advertisers, or use it to train AI models. Your entries belong to you.
We do not collect device identifiers, location data, browsing history, or any information beyond what is listed above.
All data is stored on Supabase, hosted on AWS in the US East (Ohio) region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-level security policies ensure that only you can read or modify your entries — not other users, and not our support team under normal circumstances.
We do not use your entries to train machine-learning models. We do not share your entries with any third party.
No third-party analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or social media trackers are used. We record a small number of anonymous events in our own database (for example, “entry created” or “onboarding completed”) to understand product use in aggregate. Event rows store only the event name and primitive values like word count — never your entry content.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is removed from our production database within 24 hours. Encrypted database backups are purged on a 7-day rolling cycle.
PreOnlyi is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and notify active users by email at least 14 days in advance.
